Lawless: The book

Before producing his podcast, Bob Miller wrote a transcript for a book on the case. Though the book, like the podcast, centers on the Lawless murder investigation, the manuscript contains even more details about some of the characters in the podcast. The book reaches back into more of the organized crime activity in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois, including the mafia connections and a drug ring in the 1980s that involved the family of a Sikeston.
